About this trip

Start your day with a journey into the heart of the Eastern Desert — before the sun climbs too high and the desert heat takes over. In the early morning, you'll be picked up from your hotel in a 4x4 vehicle and taken straight to the Camel Yard, where your adventure begins.

Kick things off with a 30-minute quad biking experience, guided by desert professionals who know all the best trails and scenic spots. After that burst of adrenaline, the trip continues deep into the desert by 4x4 jeep, where you'll pause under the legendary Akkasia tree and learn about the unique terrain and ecosystems of the region.

The next stop is an abandoned mining village, where your guide will walk you through remnants of the past — including a glimpse into one of the area's old desert mines.

To complete the cultural experience, you’ll be welcomed with fresh Bedouin tea and served a traditional Egyptian breakfast, all in the peaceful setting of the Camel Yard. There, you’ll also have the chance to ride a camel, see how Bedouin women bake bread.

After a morning full of exploration, storytelling, and local flavor, you'll head back to your hotel.
